About
This four-hour course combines three hours of self-paced learning with a private, one-hour office hour with the instructor. Learn how to design AI roles that strengthen your advancement team while keeping human relationships, judgment, and mission at the center. Grounded in practical experience, this course follows one AI role through nine modules. You’ll learn to select a useful task, define responsibilities and boundaries, connect approved information, design a workflow, establish human review, and evaluate results through a controlled pilot. Designed for advancement leaders and practitioners, the course combines clear explanations with practical examples. No coding experience is required. You’ll develop an implementation blueprint you can use to guide conversations with your team and technical partners. Complete the three hours of video learning at your own pace. Then connect with the course instructor for your private, one-hour office hour to discuss your institution’s needs, sharpen a use case, review your design, and identify practical next steps. The course combines recorded instruction with videos presented by an AI double, supported by PowerPoint slides throughout.
